Both are good. The food is great both places but I would vote for Ohana because:
1) Boma is Buffet, Ohana is a different dining experience.
2) Unless you are staying at AKL, Boma is a seperate drive or bus ride. Ohana via monorail is so easy to get to it may as well be in the Magic Kingdom.
We tried Ohana's for the first time on our last trip. It was good, but not great. We had a large party and felt very rushed through every course. The meat was good, but a little on the dry side. The potato side dish and the dessert were great!!!
Boma is a must do on every trip. The soups and desserts are awesome. With all the choices you can't go wrong. Everytime we have gone we have enjoyed ourselves and the lodge is beautiful.
Good to hear. We went to O'hana this past May and we loved it! We are going to Boma for dinner in Sept. and we've heard so many good things about it. I've never seen AKL before so I'm looking forward to that too!

We have done both and love BOMA it's a must each trip. Ohana's is good, but Boma is excellent. The food at Boma just adventerous enough, but anyone can find something they love there. The atmosphere is fun - they encourage trying a little of everything - the service is great.
Ohana the meats can be a little on the dry side. We like both but again prefer Boma
I really like both, but if I had to choose between the two, I'd pick Boma. They have a huge selection, and I think the food is of a slightly higher quality.
2) Unless you are staying at AKL, Boma is a seperate drive or bus ride. Ohana via monorail is so easy to get to it may as well be in the Magic Kingdom.
Been to both on numerous occasions. These are two of our favorites and you can't go wrong with either one but Boma is much better because of the great food selection and its inside our favorite resort.
Personally, I did not like Boma. The food was way too spicy and varied for me. I love iced tea and always order it with extra ice - but I have to have a straw to drink it and because of the animals, they don't have straws anywhere in the hotel. On the other hand, I love 'Ohana. The shrimp is to die for! I could make a meal on that alone.
Ok so its Boma for sure, I mean O'Hana, no wait Boma, I know, I'll cancel Kona Cafe and CapN Jacks and do both Boma and O'Hana!! Thanks for all the input guys, I dont want to miss either one now!!
