I'd go by your measurements rather than mine. I went by weight and not volume for the sugar.

Hmmm...a conversion chart I referenced shows:

1 Tablespoon sugar or salt 2/3 OZ.

I used a level TBS. Doesn't specify "heaping" or not.

You know what? Ask mom - lol!

Those soups are all so good I would have a difficult time choosing one. Maybe the coconut chicken curry though.

I love there Carrot-Ginger & oxtail soups. I have not found any soups I don't like at Boma.
