Thinking of going to Boma for dinner after AK. I have a 2 year old with me. Are there good options for her? She’s not picky but doesn’t really eat food with too much spice. Should we still try it or safer to stick with breakfast? Thanks!!!

Sure, she should be fine. Did you check the menu already? That would be a good place to start. Doesn’t make a lot of sense for others to peruse the menu since they don’t know your little’s likes and needs.

Have fun!

Yes! Thanks! I just wasn’t sure if the items were too spicy.

I took both of my kids there when they were around that age, and they both liked it so much from their initial trip on that it is always the restaurant they request whenever we go back to Disney World. Your 2 year old will love the look of the hotel, and the animal viewing areas, so make sure to show up well before your reservation time.
As for the food, there is some more adventurous options, but most of the offerings are just good quality food that is freshly prepared right in front of you. There is also a "kids" section, with safer picks such as chicken tenders. The desserts will be very popular with all ages.

When we took our 3 year old to Boma, she loved it. They had a section of kids food that she went for, but she also tried some of the more adventurous stuff from our plates and liked that as well. I found that even the more exotic dishes were pretty friendly to a kid's palate if you can convince them to try them.

Expect the author has long gone to WDW since this was posted in January. But for any others, I don't personally consider anything at Boma very seasoned or spicy, but I'm used to, and love well seasoned food. I'm from Louisiana where most main dishes are seasoned and spicy.
