Boma Breakfast

Would love to hear opinions on the breakfast buffet at Boma. We ate at Boma for dinner and did NOT like it, but the breakfast buffet seems more Americanized (i.e. not so spiced!). We are staying at AKL, so thought a nice breakfast one day would be a good idea.

Would like to know too for my upcoming Dec trip...we cancelled dinner there because DH did not like the looks of the food from the food picture thread...I know weird huh?

We've had breakfast there and thought it was very good.. but then it's our favorite dinner buffet! The time we went before was too crowded so for our next trip our ADR is at 10:45.

It is very Americanized now. Too bad really. There are enough identical breakfasts on WDW property.

There still are some wonderful African items. You should try them. Even if it's just the juice (the West African Frunch) or the Kenyan coffee. The Botobie is good too.

I agree. It's pretty American. I love the bobotie, quinoa, smoked pork loin & the sausage dish that has a curry flavor to it. Those & the Frunch are the things we love about breakfast at Boma.

There are also made to order omelets, bacon, sausage, fruits, oatmeal, wonderful pastries, yogurt (delicious fresh yogurt) waffles etc.... for the less adventerous.

Boma is one of our favorite breakfasts. I don't think you'll leave hungry.

This is our FAVOURITE breakfast!!! Yum Yum Yum!!!!!
The baked goods are soooo yummy, as are the omelettes, etc. All so tasty!!! You HAVE to try the Frunch. It's a combination of many juices. Soooo good Check out the menu on this site or www.allearsnet.com There are so many selections to choose from. It's a crowd pleaser IMHO.

You'll love their breakfast. Our family didn't care for the dinner buffet either, but breakfast is fabulous.
