Boma AND Tusker House?

We will be in WDW for 13 days in the fall and have 2 days planned at AK. For our first day I have a dinner ADR at Boma (we will drive to AKL after the park closes at 5pm - have never seen AKL!) and the following week for our second day at AK I have a lunch ADR (with the Nemo seating) at Tusker House. Is this too much of the same thing? We've never eaten at either. We did have lunch at Yak & Yeti last trip but I didn't care for it. We are vegetarians (and dh eats fish). Do you think I should keep them both? We are staying off-site and will prepare/pack a lot of our meals, but the menus for both of these places on allears looked good to me.

Boma's dinner buffet is amazing!!! The selections are so unique, we love it.

As for Tusker House, we ate breakfast there and thought is was also unique. We would eat there again for breakfast. Our family doesn't do many ADR lunches because it cuts into our touring time.

I'm betting the options will be different. Can't wait to hear others thoughts.

I was having the same problem when figuring out ADR's. I, too, am a vegan and was debating about both, neither or one. I think that it will be fine to do both, especially because they are in separate weeks. Since, we are only going for 5 days, we chose Boma because of the larger selection and theming.

I guess I'll keep them both. If we don't end up liking Boma (which I can't imagine!) then I can always cancel Tusker House.

A third option you may be interested in is Sanaa at Kidani. We haven't eaten there yet (we have an ADR for our trip in October and are really excited about trying it). It gets a lot of great reviews for atmosphere, food and service. There are some vegetarian choices and it might be a nicer experience than one of the buffets.
