We have only eaten there ONCE right after it opened and it was for lunch. We were seated in the Main room/ballroom. We walked around to the other two rooms and took pics. I am curious as to how others like the 3 rooms and reasons why they do/don't like a particular room. THANKS.

Eating in the room with the rose (West Wing? I'm not sure) does not make for a good dining experience with DD.

However... despite the noise of the effects, the ambiance is less cafeteria-like than the ballroom. The high ceiling and large square footage of the room makes the ballroom feel chaotic and noisy like a cafeteria during breakfast and lunch service.

We've eaten in the ballroom a few times, twice by the window, and it was very magical. We were seated in the adjacent room (not the Rose Room) last time and didn't like it at all.

That is the castle gallery room.

Main Ballroom in the very back by the faux snowing windows is where we always sit for breakfast, and lunch if avail. West wing is too dark imo. We sat in The Castle Gallery room ONCE. We were seated near the Beast and Belle statue and I kid you not people were using flash cameras two feet from us. Leaning over the table and asked at least half a dozen times to move slightly for their photo. Better yet standing directly in front of our table, like *** in the face kind of close, to pose for their selfies. It was obnoxious.

We just sat in the main room as we were there early and the other rooms weren't open yet. Afterwards went for a wander and saw the other rooms once they were opened up.

We've only eaten there once and were fortunate to be seated in the West Wing, which we thought was a really special experience. The only bad part was that our meal was constantly being interrupted by people coming in to take photos-which got annoying after a while.

However, the whole restaurant is gorgeous and you'll have a great experience no matter where you're seated.

We've only been once for dinner and loved the West Wing. The main ballroom is beautiful but seemed busy and loud.

We've eaten in the main ballroom at lunch and it's fine for that. The one time we went for diner I was so glad we were in the gallery room. It was so much quieter which was really nice while having a nice dinner. I took DD to the bathroom and the volume of noise went up significantly in the ballroom. If noise doesn't bother you it wouldn't be a big deal. We haven't been able to eat in the west wing yet but I'm not sure DS4 would like lightning storms.

We have only been in the ball room and gallery room for lunch. Hoping for the west wing for dinner. We will be there for our anniversary and I think that would be nice

We've eaten in all three rooms. The West Wing was really cool and less chaotic than the other two rooms, but it was a bit dark. That didn't bother us. We also like to sit near the windows with the snow.

We sat in the West Wing, it's cool to look at for about 10 minutes. after the novelty has worn off, it's dark, and people are constantly standing over your table taking pictures.

West Wing - as in the movie, it is smaller, dark, great special effects and we enjoy eating there but it's usually crowded and difficult to find a seat. The downside is everyone coming in taking pictures and using flashes. May be scary for young ones.

Ballroom - as in the movie, is the larger room that is beautifully detailed to look like the ballroom. We love sitting by the big windows where the snow is falling down, we find there is less traffic there with folks walking around. We enjoy sitting and looking at all the details especially the murals on the ceiling.

Castle/Rose Gallery - is NOT in the movie and was designed specifically to house the dancing Belle & Beast music box. It is referred to as both. We don't like this room because it's not in the movie, it's very loud & seems very popular with younger kids (maybe to see Belle & Beast) that are also "active". Sat in there once because it was so crowded CM had to seat us and that was all that was available.

I voted that yes the room is important, I do not want to sit in a room that isn't even in the movie.

We have eaten there once for lunch and sat in the West Wing-my 3 year old daughter was scared and cried the whole time. I ended up taking her to walk around to see the other rooms while my DH and boys ate lunch. DD will be 5 on our trip this summer and we will not be eating in the West Wing!

For us I voted no, because we still enjoy the experience no matter which room....that being said probably still prefer any other than main ballroom due to noise and a little cafeteria feeling... but we aren't devastated if that's only place we can get....

Forgot to add, we sat at a table right beside music box last time (first time in that room) and it was very nice...no ppl doing the photo up in your table space thing so got lucky guess... that would indeed be irritating if happened constantly thru trying eat.

I like the West Wing or the Ballroom. We've eaten in each of these rooms multiple times. I ate in the Rose room once. I did not care for it all. It lacked ambiance IMO.
