BOG suggestion individual reservations...

I was able to get BOG reservation for myself (8:20AM), DH (8:25AM), and DD (8:35AM) who is just 5 yrs old....do they accept reservation for kids? (all these reservations were made with individual email ids). Will we all be able to sit together in a table ? also is it possible to add these to the magic bands? We want to get in the park early and get some pics in front of the castle.... how early can we get in having these reservations....?

BOG breakfast is Quick Service and you seat yourself.

It won't be possible to "add" them to the Magic Bands, as the MB communicates with My Disney Experience, and you created 2 new ones beyond your resort reservation.

Realistically, don't expect this. They let everyone in starting at 7:45 now because Main Street opens at 8. You may be able to get some good shots BACK of the castle, but in front may be more crowded than you hope.

You'll be fine. The ADR has nothing to do with your magic bands. You'll just show up together, give them all three reservation names/numbers, and be allowed to enter and find a table together.
