BOG PreOrder Doesn't Work

I have tried to preorder for my lunch at BOG and it isn't working. It sounds like this is typical? Does it ever work, or is this where Disney is failing its customers?
 
Had no problems helping my sister last night do their pre-order for a trip next month. Used Chrome, went right through.
 
The weird thing is that it has never not worked for me.
I've preordered 6 soon to be 7 times and it has worked fine.
Even back this summer when it seemed like everyone has having a problem. Not me. Worked as usual.
Not saying it will work for me next time but hasn't failed me yet.
Some people have said that it ends up working for the the morning of so that's something to consider.
 

I have pre-ordered a number of times. More than once, including last month upon arrival it was not showing. They still gave me the rose and sent us to the left line, which was longer than usual. Not one person in the line who had pre-ordered had their order showing. We all had to do it again, sadly one family decided to make it a complete do over including studying the menu and held everyone up. We still got in much faster than those who did not pre-order but it does seem the system has issues at time.

Every time we've used it, it has worked great!

I'm trying Google Chrome. I still can't get it to work. Any other suggestions? I will try in the morning first thing; hopefully, that will be the golden ticket.

Have you tried different devices? Sometimes that does the trick.

Same 3 weeks ago......
 
we did pre order for 6 and it worked just fine.
Just got back from the trip and all went well.
Have used it several times in the past and never had a problem
