I know that onsite guest can use FP+ for lunch at BOG, but can you get a return time for BOG with the DAS card?

No das is only for attractions not for restaurants or anything out side of the theme parks sorry.

Just because something uses fast pass plus dose not mean they have to use das. Fast pass plus is not a required accommodation.
