BOG lunch without reservations?

Keep checking even on the day of. Use touringplans reservation finder. Try going at an off time. Now that dinner has gone to pre-fixe, I suspect (but don't know for sure) that lunch ADRs will be even more difficult to get, even at off times.

As several have mentioned, use the reservation finder with Touring Plans, but I would also recommend to keep checking yourself, particularly if it's really important to you as Touring Plans isn't constantly searching. Both times I've looked for reservations for BOG and CRT I found them on my own as Touring Plans hadn't checked yet after they had become available. Also, the reservations can go very quick. I've had emails from the reservations finder a couple of times about an available table, and I went in to book it within a minute or two of receiving the email and it was already gone.

Yes definitely keep checking. I was hoping to snag a late lunch reservation and kept checking, one day a 2:15 slot opened so grabbed it right away. I'm assuming that even though they say lunch closes at 2:30 that we won't feel like we are being rushed out?

go right at the end of lunch hours. I have walked in without an ADR numerous times.

It took us 3 trips before we finally got a reservation.

I think others have covered the fact that it's unlikely, but I think it's really likely to get an ADR the day before. I've been checking mostly every day just out of curiosity for several restaurants for the next day, and you can find mostly anything as people change their plans last minute and cancel to avoid being charged. Right now there is an 11:30 lunch for tomorrow for a party of 4.

Strongly suggest looking for an ADR.

If, by the off chance you do get a walk-up, you get rewarded with a 45 minute wait on the bridge with all the other folks who didn't pre-order.
