BOG Lunch FP - Can't unlink wrong conf#

I'm trying to get lunch FP+ for BOG and am having trouble with my resort confirmation number.

I have a split stay. The confirmation # I have for the first half is a letter/number combination. Every time I try to enter that into anything on MDE or elsewhere, it doesn't recognize it right and I have to call and talk to someone on the phone to pull up my reservation. The same thing happened when I tried to put the confirmation # into the BOG lunch FP+ site -- it doesn't recognize it as a valid number.

Since it was late and central reservations is closed, I tried putting in the confirmation # for the second half of my stay. That worked (sort of) in that it brought up dates to choose ... but only for the second half of my stay, not for the dates I actually wanted.

Now I am unable to figure out how to unlink the later stay from the BOG website (so that when I call in the morning and can find out my actual correct confirmation number that will work on the site, I can enter that). Has anyone dealt with this? I'd appreciate it if someone has a workaround or knows how to fix this.

You can't. You'll have to use a different email address to log in to the BOG site.
 
3 months or so before our Oct trip, I shifted the dates back by a few weeks.

The BoG site would only recognize the original dates. I could not get it to use the actual dates. I was told there was nothing that could be done to fix it.

My son was on another reservation, we did finally get in thru his account. There were 2 people in his room, 2 in my room. We could not figure out how to make the reservation for 4 people, not 2.

I have eaten at BoG 3X already, but I want DS to see it. We gave up, and instead made a reservation at Whispering Canyon, took a nice boat ride there. It was lovely to leave a crowded park for lunch, and to visit WL for a bit.
 

I will refrain from getting up on my BOG saopbox, but...the FP system is an absolute nighmare. Exhausting.

You will (most likely) have to use a differen email address to like the other number. And you have to have the 12 digit version of your reservation confirmation beginning with 43 or 44. Be prepared: cast members are not always aware/able to locate this number for you. The easiest place to find it is on Magical Express tags if you have those. Or in the web address when you click online check in.

Most importantly: take a screen shot of your confirmation once your fp is done. Our reservation did not exist when we went to check in and we did not receive the email that the cast member said we should have received. (Just one in a LONG list of BOG issues we had. Seriously insane experience for us.)

Thanks for all the help. That was anything but intuitive. I was able to find my number, set up my husband with an account, and log in that way.

Now...it looks like I'm a few days early for my booking window, or else they are all gone already. I hope I'm just early. I'll keep looking every day till they pop up. I believe someone said 27 days but I thought it was worth it to start looking at 30 just in case.
