Bog during the Xmas party

I was able to get a dinner reservation today for 6pm on Nov 17th...My confirmation said that characters are not available. Anyone know if this means that the Beast won't be available for pictures on these nights?

1) The Beast may or may not be available.
2) Just as now.
3) He is frequently absent when his Friends are not available.
4) It is just luck-of-the-draw if he is absent on your day.
