BOG Dinner this fall-how many days past 180

i can reserve ADRs for our October trip next weekend and so have checked what is available at 180 days a few times when I've already been up early. BOG dinner hasn't been available at the 180 day mark....for those that have been able to get an ADR...how many days into your trip did you have to go at the 180 day point? (I.e. Those staying on property that can reserve 180+10)...it may affect the day we go to MK!

I couldn't get my ADR for any day during my trip at first. It took a few days of trying. I think if was on the 4th day that I finally got it.

Made ADRs at the 180 day mark on March 7th. At the time, all MK restaurants were only showing dinner hours from 4-6pm, so nothing for BOG would show. They just extended dinner hours the other day, and BOG opened up a lot of availability for dinner so I finally got our dinner adr a few days ago.. which was nearly a month after our 180 day mark.

For my November 2015 trip, I made my adrs at the 180 day mark and had no problems getting everything we wanted that morning.. even CRT breakfast and BOG dinner.. and that was on our mvmcp night when restaurant hours are shorter.

To clarify for newbies...you start looking 180 days out from checkin. The +10 traditionally has meant that on the 180 days out from checkin, you can also book for the next 10 days. This hasn't been working perfectly, with some saying they are only able to book for that one hotel reservation's period of time.

But, to be clear for newbies, it's not 180+10 meaning 190 days out from checkin.

I was able to book BOG for our 2nd day of the trip at the 6am mark on 180 days. Our trip starts May 15th.

Our 180 was about 2 weeks ago and I just booked a dinner BOG this past Monday, so about 9 days after my 180. Does that make sense??? Lol

I wondered the same thing. I found it hard to believe that there was absolutely nothing at 180 days out at 6am.

We are going in Sept and I had no trouble booking BOG for dinner at the 180 mark. I would try for openings your last day and work backwards. If not available then just keep trying up until and including your trip. Sometimes you can pick up a cancellation the night before. Don't give up people cancel all the time.

Our ADR date was this past Thursday. I couldn't get BOG for the first day but I did get it for dinner on day 4 and breakfast on day 5.

For those having a hard time check if you are looking on party nights, I don't think those have any availability.

Jen73 that's because no reservations in MK were available past 6 during September and October up until a few days ago.

Keep checking, I haven't booked my hotel yet so I did everything day by day. When 180 came around there was nothing for BOG on our MK day but I was able to grab one last night and it had been sitting there for about 24 hours as I was debating if I wanted it or not lol. I just found an ADR for every day we're looking at being down there minus two party nights, the other party night on the Sunday I found a dinner though. This is for September though, I just looked for the days open in October and didn't find anything. But don't give up, even if you don't find anything at 180, people change their plans all the time, so I'd check around 60 days out when FP+ is being finalized and I think 45 days when final payments are due. Unless you're like some of us and willing to check on a daily basis, or even hourly basis, which I've done in the past

Fall restaurant booking, especially places like BOG, has gotten past the point of ridiculous. I would imagine that a lot of it has to do with people speculating on free dining, and going ahead and making ADR's based on the possibility of it being offered. I would be willing to bet that if FD is not offered this fall, there will be LOTS of restaurant ADR's available. We've quit going in the fall due to free dining creating so much chaos.

We are going Oct 1-8 and at 6:00 since the 180 day there are absolutely no BOG dinner reservations. They were all snapped up by people staying on property 190 days. I will keep trying...hopefully people hoarding various days/times will decide and drop what they don't want. I haven't been able to get anything good. I also think people are anticipating free dining so they are booking a lot just in case.

Just booked this morning. Was able to get an ADR on our 8th day for a party of 8 at 4:30 pm on a party day.

I've always had to go to the 8-10th day of our trip at 180 days to get it. If you have a shorter trip, you will probably have to stalk to get it. Use the touring plans dining finder- it works and does the work for you and will text you when they find it.

same experience here. planning on Sept 18-27th and was able to secure 2 BOG ressies..albeit between 7-8pm and Wishes starts 8pm.....but perhaps since only a party of 2 there is more availability
