Why if you can book 180 days out it is not available for September 9? Is BOG always later than 180 days?

Dinner ADRs are available to book at 180 days.

Lunch FP+ have not been available until 30 days or less.

Because it's now March 14, which is 179 days from September 9th, and the restaurant typically is completely booked right at 180 days, if not before. Because of the 180 +10 rule, many people have to book it toward the end of their vacation. If you're onsite, look for a different date that's later in your vacation to see if there's availability. BOG is the hardest reservation to get right now...if you're not up at 6:00 a.m. ET booking it online, then chances are you missed your opportunity. Some people on the Restaurant board have said that BOG releases some reservations later and to keep checking back periodically.

If you're staying onsite, you can book it close to your arrival date (less than 30 days is fine). Or wait until you get an email after you check in to your resort -- it has a direct link to the site. That will also get you something.

Lots of people prefer to do it in advance of their arrival so they can be sure to get the date and time they need.
