The 2 lunches be had at BOG last month were oh so good. And the pricing was somewhat affordable! But the pricing for the breakfast in ridiculous! :crazy2: More than lunch. Think I will pass on our next trip. You are most certainly paying a price for a possible pre-opening entry! And Disney knows how bad many people would love a pre-opening entry.

But pre-opening entry may not be as valuable as it once was since there will be many more people in the park for breakfast reservations now. It also makes me wonder if the lunch prices might go through the roof as a result of their breakfast prices being so high.:scared:

I couldn't find them either. I looked on allears which usually is up to date

11.99 seems a little high for frosted flakes LOL, but it is the atmosphere you are paying for. I'd pay it if there are characters there, but if not I'd rather do dinner.

I was thinking the same thing. Good deal of you use a QS credit though...

Ok I found the menu and prices on MDE. Looks like fixed price of $11.99 for kids and $19.99 for adults. WAY to high in my opinion for a basic QS breakfast. For that price you might as well go to the character meal at CP. I'll stick with my lunch reservation.

Even if it is fixed price it is very expensive for what you get. How much more is Crystal Palace?

Oh ok, I was looking on my computer. I will check the app. THANKS!!

I can't imagine paying $12 for a bowl of Corn Flakes! And even if you use a dining credit, it's still ridiculous. Yes, you don't pay the overpriced $12 but you're still using an entire QS credit for a bowl of cereal!!!! I really wonder if the prices are just sort of place holders while they update the site. Or could it possibly be a one price for all (buffet)????

I'll keep my lunch reservation. Menu doesn't look that great and it costs too much.

The menu and prices were ripped from the Disney website a few months back. It's almost certain that those prices were just used to format a menu that wasn't supposed to be published yet. There's no way they're accurate.

Crystal Palace is about $30 for breakfast.

While I agree it seems high, doesn't the price also include the pastry basket and a drink?

I will have to reread the article. But I thought all guests for more than just the entree.

ETA: yes, it says that is the rumor. FWIW, it seems that if I tried to get a pastry, entree and a beverage at a regular QS at the hotel, I am quick approaching those prices. This is why we either share entrees IF we get them or otherwise stick to continental style breakfasts IF we buy. Usually we just have this stuff in the room. No doubt BOG is charging a premium so that guets have additional chances to eat in the Beast's castle.
