BOG Breakfast Check-in

Hi. I've read that for BOG BF, you are generally allowed to check-in 15 minutes early, but I was wondering if the same rule applied for this restaurant if you are running late. (Are you allowed to check-in up to 15 minutes after your ADR there?) The reason I ask this is in case we are not let in to the MK as early as I anticipate, or there is a line for photos in front of the castle? I want to clarify that we plan to be on time and I do NOT ever plan to show up anywhere late, but was just wondering BOG policy since it is a QS establishment for BF and the check-in process is a bit different than a TS.

There is no policy for showing up late. It will depend entirely on their occupancy that day. That being said, unless you really really want to eat there, showing up after the gates open is a really terrible idea. You'd be giving up the most productive hour of park time.

Also be aware that all BoG pre-park reservations are let in together, whether you have an 8:05 or 8:55 reservation.

That said, I've been 15 minutes late to a BoG breakfast with no ill effects.

So if I was only able to get an 8:50 breakfast at BOG do u mean I can still get in park with those with 8:05's? Can I sit down to eat at BOG at 8:05/considerably earlier than 8:50 or will I still have to wait til 8:50 to be seated?

Not sure if the policy has changed but this is not specific to BOG. All pre park opening ADR's were allowed in prior to RD at all parks. I have had 830 ADR's at Tusker House, Hollywood and Vine, CRT, and Akershus I have never had an issue getting through the Main Gate early. you may not sit right away but then again you might. I would expect that BOG you will be seated very close to your ADR time.

Hi, I have a 9:00 reservation at BOG, and the park doesn't open til 9:00. Am I allowed in early or only with the RD crowd?

Nope, you won't get in early. Rope drop is usually a few minutes early, anyway.
