BOG at opening time, early entry?

I have an 8:45 ADR on what was supposed to be a 9:00 opening day. Disney has now granted the wish for more hours by deciding to open an hour earlier! My goal for pre-opening was for pictures of an empty main street, I'm not so concerned about getting in front of lines. Now my ADR obviously has no value for that goal. I did find an 8:00 ADR but with the welcome show at 7:40, will we even be allowed in early?

I can't decide which one to keep. Help me out disers!

When we had an early BBB reservation and they changed park open to 8 AM, they did let us in before the rope drop crowd. But that was a few years ago, so don't know if they are handling it differently now.

Well that's a bummer! Gonna have to rethink the plan now. Thanks Disney for blowing my ADR I made 175 days ago!
