Actually, Boatwrights is located off of the lobby of PO-R. PO-FQ doesn't have a dedicated full service restaurant, but shares with PO-R.

Yes, I would suggest making PS for any planned meals. With the free Dining plan coming up during the fall, it may make it more difficult to get into restaurants on standby.
