Boathouse or STK

I know STK just opened but to anyone with experience at both restaurants, care to make a comparison? so many choices at Disney springs now, it's so hard to choose!!

From the reviews I've seen it looks like STK may be more expensive and perhaps a bit more fancy or date night ish? I watched the review on timtracker last night and I think I'm going to skip it this time since there are sooo many new places I've yet to try!

Like to see their menu--but I believe you are correct--more "fancy" than Boathouse.

Lol I'm taking my 2 year old with us so it's not a date night. I do like the menu better though. Maybe an early dinner...
