Okay, so a tag-along question to this. On the menu, it appears that most of the entrees are a la carte. In other words, if you want fries, baked potato, or a vegetable, you have to order them separately. So if you're using the dining plan, is it ONLY the entree and then dessert. Am I going to order a steak and get nothing but a steak for two credits? I've never done a signature meal and don't know if this is unusual or how it works.
I just called the Boathouse directly to ask about side items. They said their menu doesn't change because of the dining plan. If you're on the dining plan you get a non alcoholic drink, a entree and a dessert. If you order a steak that comes with no side items, that is all you get the steak. If you want side items fries, vegetable , etc. You will have to purchase them separately as its not included on the dining plan.

We have a ressie for our September trip and cannot wait!! Saving up my pennies for us to ride in the amphicar as we are huge classic car buffs in this family.
Sides come with the entrees at the signature restaurants. So if you go to Yachtsmen get a steak, a side and a dessert. Except apparently BoathouseOh, see, when I look at the Yachtsman menu, it definitely lists potato, fries, rice, etc. with most of the entrees. I assumed they came with it. It doesn't??? I do see there are upgraded sides that are separate. But even the ones they list with the entrees are extra?
