How close to the parks do the boats let you off? Is it still a long walk to the entrance? How often do they run and how early?

The water taxi drops you off at Citywalk near the Nascar Cafe. It's a 5 minute walk to either park. The bus drops you off near USF. It's a 5 minute walk to IOA.
