Boat rental at SSR?

Is there a marina/boat rental at SSR? If not, I'm assuming we rent from the DTD marina, correct? Can boats be taken up the Sassagoula river?

just go rent one at OKW - I know those can be taken up the SR

SSR doesn't have its own marina, but there is one right across the water at Downtown Disney.
