Boat from Hollywood Studios to Epcot--how early?

How early does the boat from Hollywood Studios leave to Epcot? We have a 11:30a.m. reservation and I was planning on leaving HS by 10:15a.m. (we are only going to ride 1 ride) and get a fast pass for another ride for later.

The boat runs continuously between Epcot, the Epcot resorts, and the Studios, starting by at least 8 a.m. The boat ride takes about 30 minutes.

There are usually 2 or 3 boats in the rotation most of the time...at least 2 at all times. So, the boats tend to arrive every 15-20 mins or so. Then, it's 25 mins from DHS to Epcot. I would plan on an hour to get from DHS to Epcot...better to be early than worry about being late.
