Boat from Fort Wilderness to Polynesian?

Is there a direct boat from Fort Wilderness to the Polynesian, or do I have to take a boat to Magic Kingdom and transfer to another boat? TIA

I could be wrong but I think the boat just goes to the Magic Kingdom and then you would take the monorail to the Poly.

Boat over to the MK, then either boat or monorail over to the Polynesian.

There used to be a boat from FW to Poly but it has to be about 30 years since they stopped running that route.

And that was the green flag route I think....gold to CR and blue to MK, feeling a bit old now

If you really want a confusing route. Take the bus to the WL then the boat from the WL to MK. Then the monorail to TTC and then walk to the Poly...

Or just take the boat to MK and the gold route to the Poly. Remember only two stops on the boats 5 on the monorail.

Take the boat, much more Pleasant ride and less walking! But you do have to switch boats.

I think Disney eliminated this route when the GF opened, yes?
