Don't know if this is allowed, but is anyone willing to let me know our chances? We just closed today on our 270pt BWV contract We are soo excited and can't wait to book! We are wanting to book as soon as our points are loaded for a September trip. Hoping for the last week in September, but just about any week would do, either a two bedroom or a one bedroom and a studio (don't need to be connected), or three seperate studios. Are our chances good or should I be thinking of other options to look at once the 7 month window opens in February? Next year we will be prepared and book at 11 months!

Have not checked actual availability but be aware the odds are extremely high that you will be able to get BWV 2BR for September, at least pool/garden view, if you can reserve before February while still within the home resort priority booking time.

All two bedroom villas at BWV are lockoffs. There are no dedicated two bedroom villas there.

Yep, we are fully aware of that. We just wouldn't need to book a two bedroom lock off itself. We would be ok with any combination of rooms, but need to total three seperate spaces. A two bedroom would be best, but we would be fine with any combination.

You should be fine especially if you get in the system before the 7 month opens. If not wait list and at 7 month book best available that fits your needs, but leave wait list in place.

As of just now (I checked) you can get anything you want for all of September.
I only saw a few standards gone. PV should be open when you can book before 7 months is up.

But when Disney and DVC announce in early January (just before the Marathon) about the new, super-de-duper festival for the entire month of September, it will be booked up immediately. So, it's pointless to get someone's hopes up by checking the website if they can't book immediately.

Keep in mind that historically, Sept is one of the slowest months of the year, BUT the last week of Sept generally falls within F&W festival or at least the last weekend of Sept does so just be aware that availability for the last week may not be the same as the other Sept weeks.

Thank you everybody! We should be set to book in two-three weeks as soon as we get our member information, hopefully right around the first of the year. So hopefully it's all still available then and we will be set!
