Boardwalk Ticketing

I bought tix from them last trip since they were cheaper than Undercover Tourist, but now I keep getting an error message saying “they will be right back”. Anyone know if they are still in business?

I emailed them in April to find out what was going on. This is the response I got:
"Yes, we're still planning to take ticket orders. Disney's system has been having issues and we're just waiting on a resolution from them. We're hoping it is resolved this week." (April 17)
I ended up buying the ticket at Sam's club. I got a $20. Disney Dining promo code which I then used to buy a gift card.

They are still having supply issues as of 5/1. My bff ended up buying her ticket from UT yesterday instead since we’re just about 3 weeks out and didn’t want to chance waiting anymore with LL prebooking on the horizon.

Same here. I received an email saying they were having technical difficulties with Disney, and there's no ETA on the fix

I tried to purchase from them last month. The order appeared to go through but I never received my tickets. I waited nearly 24-hours and there were no tickets but also no charge to my credit card. I finally emailed them and asked them to cancel my order and I ordered via TicketsAtWork instead. My order included $20 worth of DiningDollars that can be used to purchase discounted Disney Gift Cards. Travel Zoo has a similar offer for tickets.

FWIW, I had ordered from them before and they were great. I was disappointed that they were having issues.

I didn’t even receive a confirmation email, nor was my credit card charged. It was far more than just waiting for my tickets.

In addition, I got **crickets** from them when I reached out to them about my order.

Many are reporting in this thread the Boardwalk Ticketing is not currently offering Disney tickets.
