Boardwalk LIVE Webcam

I was poking around on an Off Kilter website and lo and behold, there was a link to a really cool webcam. It's from the Boardwalk, looking towards Spaceship earth.

The really cool thing is that besides the real time view of Epcot you can chose to see a whole day go by in time lapse mode. I'm not sure who set the webcam up, but here's the link:

This looks like the camera on the Weather Bug site. That one is actually located at the Swan/Dolphin. The "today" view on that one is actually only a recent segment of the day. If you run it early in the morning, you can enjoy a great sunrise over Epcot.

Thanks for the correction Pam. The site I found it on said it was from Boardwalk, I appreciate you letting us know otherwise.

I was able to see the sunrise using one of the options in which the entire day goes by one hour at a time, very pretty indeed.

A couple of years ago intercot had a live webcam in the Kingdom. Does anyone know if that still exists or if there is a another source for something like that. You would set your active desktop up to show the Kingdom straight down Main St. looking CC. It was fun just to see the sunny days, the midday / night parades and the fireworks. It would refresh every couple of minutes and it was constantly going. I heard it was a security concern. Anybody know anything?

The one you're referring to is gone, it was a great view, I agree with you. I'm sure you could access it any number of ways, but it was also right on the official site, along with webcams for Epcot, MGM and AK. I always suspected they took them away as a security precaution after 9/11, but that's total conjecture on my part, I never read that anywhere.

Actually I've had no success at all in finding any Disney World Webcams other than the one I posted. I did a search, and all I come up with are links to sites with some old shots from the webcams that no longer work.
