Boardwalk Joe's and Leaping Horse Libations

We will be staying at BCV on our upcoming trip and using the dining plan. The Disney Dining Plan Locations guide that I downloaded from the Disney web site lists "BoardWalk Joe's" and "Leaping Horse Libations" as places where counter service is available on the dining plan. It lists lunch and dinner for Leaping Horse and nothing specific for BoardWalk Joe's. I don't think I've seen reference to these places on other web sites. Anyone available with them or what they serve?

Boardwalk Joe's must be rather new. I believe Leaping Horse is the pool-side bar that serves burgers, pretzels, etc.

Boardwalk Joe's is a cart type affair...quick bites to eat.

I don't believe LHL ever served burgers, they used to serve hot dogs but I thought last time they just had a few premade sandwiches, pretzels, chips, and drinks. The first time we stayed there (4 yr. ago) they had the dogs, chicken ceasar salad etc.... but it seemed more sparse 2 yr. ago.

On the BW we had "quickie" food meals from a combination of Spoodles take out window, the hot dog cart, and the bakery (fresh fruits and yogurts in addition to baked goods).

Not sure what Boardwalk Joe's is, I was thinking that was the coffee cart where we bought hot tea and hot cocoa a few chilly evenings. They had muffins and cookies too.
