Boardwalk Inn water view room request

So this is our first time staying at BWI. Last time we stayed at the Polynesian and I read on here about the different long houses. We requested 3rd floor Tahiti because we had a better view of the MK on the 3rd floor and Tahiti since it was furthest away and thus quieter.

I was just wondering If there were any special parts of the BWI water view that we could try and request. Maybe some floors can see Illuminations better? maybe higher up is better? Any advise is greatly appreciated!!!

From what I just read, it seems the higher Water View rooms may have a view of Wishes at the Magic Kingdom.

If you're staying on the inn side, there are not views of illuminations. Any water views at BWI will have lovely views. We just arrived home and this was our view.

Scott MC is correct that none of the BWI water view rooms face Illuminations.

All of the water view rooms at the BWI are great, so you do not have much to worry about with regard to requests. There are a few WV rooms that face the inner courtyard (leading to the main lobby) and, thus, only have a partial water view to the side. I might consider requesting being directly above the boardwalk just in case. One other thing to consider is that the hallways at the BWI are quite long, so maybe you would also like to make a secondary request to be closer to the lobby if that is important to you.

We were absolutely in love with our water view at the BWI. Have a great stay!
