Boardwalk entertainment?

Does anyone know of what kind of entertainment there is on the Boardwalk in April? Our friends said one year they had an outside dance area, but I've yet to see it.

When we went to the BW in Aug and Dec. they did not have any shows or music outside the Altantic Dance like they use to have for the kids.
Now they had an enterter that comes out at 8 -9 or 9:30 for adults and the kids. They did have a card player very good. Have a great time.

Bike riding along the Boardwalk is a popular past time. At night, the night clubs and restaurants spring to life and bring with them music, laughter, and people.

One of the favorite activities for families and groups are renting the Surrey Bikes. You can pedal your way around Crescent Lake , over to the Beach/Yacht Club , Swan/Dolphin. Surrey bikes are no longer allowed on the walkway to Epcot's World Showcase. Rentals are available on the Boardwalk itself."

We've always found different entertainment each night we visit, but it's always first class and a great time!

I just came back from Disney (today to be exact) and we visited the Boardwalk twice last week. The first night there was a light rain and nothing going on. We just looked around.
The second night there was a lot of entertainment. There was 2 different musical groups at different ends of the boardwalk. There was a "cowgirl" doing a rope lasso show. There was also a magician/comedian. We also rented the surrey bikes. The second hill near the dolphin/swan killed us the 2nd time around the lake. We actually had to get out and push. (However, we weren't the only ones pushing.) I loved the atmosphere of the boardwalk, I like it better than PI.
