Hope you all can help me out :worship:

I just booked a quick weekend getaway for mid-August :goodvibes

I was unable to get a BW view, but I did manage to snag a Garden/pool view studio.

I remember seeing a layout of the BWV at one time that showed which sections were in which category. I've tried to searce the forum, but can't locate it . . .

Can anyone direct me to that link?

Thanks in advance for all your help

This aerial photo does a pretty good job showing the different view locations at BWV. Please note that this is a dated aerial photograph and the left-most red section now overlooks a nice lawn/garden area instead of the building in the photograph which was torn down.

A lot of people like the "village green" area since it is near the elevators and has a partial view of the boardwalk and Crescent lake. But there are only a handful of those available.

Personally we like the rooms overlooking the quiet pool. Those rooms also include a view of Community Hall, the canal with the boats going by, and Tower of Terror.

Thank you

That was just the overview I had been looking for :yay:

We stayed in a room that was on that lower left section (preferred water/garden) that the PP mentioned - it was fine, we looked out towards the Swan/Dolphin bridge. It was a last minute booking for us as well, and we could only get that view vs. anything cheaper or anything better, but it was fine.

We just booked a standard view studio for our upcoming february trip... looks like those are mainly looking out at the parking lot and the main drive... any tips on sections we should request? This is our first trip staying there.

Depends on what you are looking for. Some feel that the hallways are very long and like to be near the elevator (top of the SV line nearest the lobby). Some like to be right near the corner where the SV rooms bend. Some like to be up high, some like to be low to make entrance/access quicker.
