Boardwalk bus

Does anyone know if there is a bus from the Boardwalk to the Polynesian resort? Or a bus from the Boardwalk to the Grand Floridian?
I have breakfast plans at each hotel, and I'm trying to figure out transportation.

I don't believe there are direct resort-to-resort buses. What I would suggest, unless someone else has a better suggestion (which they might) is take a ferry to Hollywood Studios and then take a bus from there. Just make sure the buses are running, depending upon how early your reservations are.

The only resort to resort transportation is as follows:

boats between DHS and Epcot stop at BWI, BC/YC and Swolphin.
monorail runs between CR, Poly, GF
boat runs between CR and FW

To get from Boardwalk to Poly you need to take the bus to Magic Kingdom and monorail or boat to Poly or else walk or boat to DHS then bus to Poly.

If you want to use WDW transportation I would just take the bus to the Magic Kingdom and from there take the Resort Monorail to the Polynesian and the Grand Floridian.

However if you don't mind the extra cost you could take a taxi from the Boardwalk to both of those resorts, which takes about 15 minutes and it would be a lot faster then using the buses.

No buses between resorts. You can take the bus to MK and then a boat or monorail to those resorts. Your bus to the MK may very well stop at the S/D and then YC/BC before heading to MK.
If speed is an issue, take a cab.

You can either take one of the boats to Hollywood Studios and catch a bus to the resorts.

You could take a bus from the Boardwalk to MK then the monorail to one of the resorts.
