You only get to do it once. If you have the option of being able to do it the way you TRULY in your heart of hearts see your wedding day, do it. How do you envision it? Your vow renewal and be on a more simplified scale. You and your DF will sit back and be like "I am glad we did it the way we wanted." You will truly treasure the pics and have fond memories that you didn't compromise. Even though you have an outside photographer, you are at the Attic correct? I would just use your outside photographer for EVERYTHING not in the park...up to the point you get into your transportation to go into Epcot. Then you will have him for the Attic. I think this would work!

And in the event Disney changes their policy, you didn't let your outside photographer go and would be able to use him. What I would do in advance is take a look at Disney photographers and choose 1-2 you would prefer to shoot your Epcot ceremony and request them in advance.

I am so happy for you! Circumstances have changed for myself and with that we are going for the dream vow renewal we want. This includes being in a theme park. No settling and with the cost of customization I was doing for the Escape it makes sense to upgrade to Wishes. I do hate those taxes and fees!

Oh, What are your new plans??? I MUST know!

I love that you know German....I want to learn it!!! Bring Canadian, it is mandatory to take French in school, but it was always my worst subject, and I can barely use any of it, and I tried Spanish and that didn't work either

I definitely want to go for my dream wedding....with some extra money coming in, why not just spend while I am young, before having a lot of responsibilities! We have a semi-plan right now, which is different. We are moving the ceremony to the AM, so that we can plan for any venue that way. We also decided to move the Epcot DP to a rehearsal dinner , and we will have a wedding night dinner in Sago Cay! YAY!!! Oh, and breakfast in the Attic after the ceremony! Our only issue right now is there are suddenly about 8 people that we are now unsure of if they are coming to the wedding So, it may be difficult to meet some minimums without them, but we will see!

I'll come back and update when I have more exciting news!

Karen, I love the pink, blue and champagne. It looks fabulous and I think regardless of your venue it will look wonderful. I also LOVE Germany. I think your plans sound great and hopefully, those 8 people will get back to you soon. I still keep hearing mixed things from my family.

Ladies....I am so excited to officially announce: My ceremony will be in Epcot in CANADA!!!!!

I have known for awhile that I could do this, but I was not allowed to talk about it since it wasn't officially offered until today! I still get to keep an Escape package, just with some extra costs!!

I will follow with more details later!!! I am so swamped with school right now that I cannot share my new plans!!!!!!!!!ERRR! I'll post more ASAP

I am so excited too! I love my planner so much.......I emailed her because I soooooooo wanted to get married in Epcot, but so didn't want to pay the $$ for a wishes! So she told me about this option before it was released, which ended up saving me a ton of money! Plus, the location looks beautiful!!!!

The benches are moved, and used to create seating for the guests, which I think will add to the ambiance!

It does cost more....it will included a motor coach, event guide and a limo. The prices are not out yet though.....my consultant is just guessing for now!

Yay! I love the new location you picked! And I like that it already had the benches there. Lol, it is kinda funny that you are leaving Canada to get married in Disney Canada but I also think that it's really cool that you can have a destination wedding with a touch of home! The location is really beautiful.

I'm not sure what the WP price is....but I feel like this Escape price will be closer to $6000 (but don't quote me). For me it is so perfect though. I really wanted an Epcot ceremony, but didn't have the time to plan all the little things. This package comes with the event guide, motor coach, limo, so I don't need to worry about all that stuff!

It looks a lot like the Canadian Shield in Northern Ontario, which is where I grew up! It is kinda weird getting married in "canada" in Florida, but my family seems to think it is neat (I thought they would be mad) so I'm happy!

Thanks!! I am really excited because I don't feel so stressed about keeping a "theme" now. I liked the idea of carnival, but as I said before, I was just so bored this summer, that I just made all these big plans that so were not even me. This way, I get to keep the simpleness I was hoping for! And the natural look to it is really us! We love camping...and this looks like camping...if that makes sense?

Waterfall in Canada and you still get to do an Escape. That rocks! I think with so much time on our hands during the summer our minds truly create the magic we yearn, but no matter what your day is going to be beautiful. Personally I would ask them to keep the benches there...you could decorate them nicely and/or place them in the front. I can't wait to see more pictures of this location. I have my site visit in December, I'll make sure to take tons of pictures!
