Anyone ever try this place? The prices look very reasonable for a quick breakfast. Its also nice and close to the Dolphin,so we can run over early in the morning.

We grabbed breakfast from Boardwalk Bakery everyday when we stayed at BC. (I especially loved the chocolate twists!!!) It was a quick and quiet walk over and the bakery items were so very good. Even went a few times in the evening for dessert. They have good looking sandwiches for lunch, but never had a chance to try them...:goodvibes

Every day when staying at the BWV.

Same here, we stayed at The Dolphin last month & would walk over to get items for in the room for breakfast for the next day. Good prices, great bakery items. I didn't see any place to sit inside though, so I wouldn't plan on relaxing over there for breakfast. There are some benches outside, across the Boardwalk however.

We love to get breakfast there and sit outside on the boardwalk in the morings. We also like to get dessert there at night and relax on the boardwalk while we nibble on our purchases.

Never really done breakfast there, although they have great eclairs. Also, the chocolate cake they have is AWESOME! Its a cant miss if you are a choc-o-holic like me:)

We went to a Dis Meet there after the marathon -

OMG!!!

Luckily another Diser had a cheesecake and eclair for breakfast - I got a sticky bun (HUGE- soft puffy inside, and carmel and nutty on top!!! AMAZING!!) and didnt feel guilty about getting the flan (hey, it has eggs in it!!) lol

they did have some egg sandwiches, and a place to heat that up with - its very tiny inside, so the line can curl and go outside, but they are extremely efficient - well worth it!!

delicious baked goods (we don't like the b'fast panini tho), the lunch paninis are excellent too:thumbsup2
there are lots of tables directly outside to sit & enjoy your goodies too:banana:

We sometimes will stop here on our way out of Epcot and get our breakfast for the next day. I call their cinnamon roll a cinnamon slab. It's huge. And the fruit tart is really good.

I have to be the negative voice - but we thought it was just okay. Half the time they got my coffee order wrong, and the breakfast items were adequate. I will say their egg and bacon sandwich is a great deal for the cost. Get one and split it because they are huge. Sandwiches for lunch were also good. I wish they had more breakfast offerings then just pastries and I really wish they could pour a decent latte.

I think my DH and I are the only people in the world that thought this bakery was nothing like people built it up to be.

I was expecting something nice and lavish, and it's basically just a hole in the wall.

I was expecting somewhere nice to sit, and all there were was a couple tiny tables outside, that were dirty and filled with bird poop.

I was so so so disappointed, because I was expecting something so wonderful :guilty:

(This is IMO of course ;) )
