We sail next week, we are driving to port and have an 11am PAT. We want to board with my best friend and family, the are taking transfers from All Star Sports Resort. I know there is no way to know when they will even get picked up until Friday. Realistically, what is a time window that we can they expect them at the port? TIA!

Any time between probably 11:30 and 2:30.

If you arrive at the port before them you can choose to wait until they arrive to check in, most likely if they arrive past 1pm you all can probably board together right away. Or alternatively you can check in and wait until they arrive and check in and then board when their number is called. OR you can just check in and board when your number is called, then arrange with your friends to meet onboard at a specific location when they arrive, ie. Cabanas, on Deck by the Goofy Pool etc. Either way your friends will arrive in plenty of time to board before departure.

There is a big window of time they could arrive. Realistically 1-2:30
My family example is I arrived from the CR at 1:15. My brothers arrived from CBR an hour later. We waited for them. You really don't know until the bus leaves.

You won't know the time until they get the message the night before. And even then they might leave straigt from that resort or they might stop at 3 resorts before hitting the road.

My extended family drove in and they were texting me they were on the ship as we were leaving POR. It was not all that fun to receive those texts...

Your phone will work most places on the ship on day 1 (just don't put it in airplane mode quite yet). If they text you when they are waiting for their boarding group in the terminal you could always meet them just as their name is called and they walk on the ship.

Depending on when you guys want to board, I would reccomend checking in and waiting for them or you can find a place on the ship to meet them

I have usually arrived between 12-1:30 p.m, but your friends won't know until the evening before when they get the DCL notice on their room door.
