No, they print them fropm a computer that's tied into the same systems that the agents at the airport use.
If you go to WDW often, it might be worth it for your DH to invest in a CLEAR card.
There are a few of us on here who have them. You need to submit to a background check and give a retina scan and all ten fingerprints that are checked through FBI and other databases. Then you get that precious little card. It allows you (only you, not your entire party) to go to a special line where you do a finger scan, and then they jump you to the very head of the security line.
It's about $80 for a year, but it would cut an hour or so out of your arrival time, if you go two or more times a year it might be worthwhile.
