Just first wanted to say thanks for all the great information you all have provided. Its been informing and fun to visit the boards daily until I get my next fix of the Dis. 
But before I plop my money down I was wandering about the DVC as if it were a timeshare or a condominium community. Do the members of DVC elect board members to represent their wishes or does Disney have free reign when it comes to making decisions with your money for future maintenance and such. I was reading a thread about the AC units and was wandering if the members had a say so in the matter before those were installed in the rooms?
