Has anyone ever stayed here? We are thinking of staying here on a short 4 day trip away from Ft Wilderness next year. Any details would be so greatly appreciated!!!:Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: ::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes::

Its a great place, i was there in April the place was quiet, nice pool. Tiki huts at most of the sites, it cost about 100.00 a night, i would definitely stay again though.

It looks heavenly!! I saved your picture for my screensaver!!
It will brighten me up when I get back from Disney to look at that beautiful picture when I'm back to work.......and counting again!!!!!::yes:: ::yes:: ::yes::

Where is this campground located? It looks beautiful although seems alittle pricey at $100 a night. Would definately be worth staying for a few days anyway.

Thanks for the info.:wave2: :wave2:

Loved the photos! I guess it costs so much a night because of the 'spider food surcharge', huh?

actually the spider surfaced later on in the trip not in the keys, i did not kill it so he probably could still be in the trailer:eek:

Is there a beach leading to the ocean? We were at America Outdoors in Feb. The campground was fine, but I was very disappointed in the ocean access. Basically there wasn't any. Walking over concrete steps covered with slimy moss, or sea weed or whatever it was (can't remember  ), isn't my idea of playing in the ocean. Living in the Tampa area makes it easier for us to go to the Keys for a long weekend, but we decided last time that if we couldn't get better beach access that we would only visit Key West, staying in a Inn or hotel. We'll just stick to camping on some of the more beautiful beaches that we have in our area. :D

Any suggestions on campgrounds in the Keys that has "normal" beach access to the ocean? I know that the State Parks are very nice, and this is where we would go, but we have a pet and they are not allowed. I don't exactly know why, because most all of the State Parks, except for the wildlife sanctuaries, allow them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. :D
