I've seen this restaurant mentioned a couple of times, but I can't find out anything about it. Anyone?

Thanks!

It is quite good. Wonderful service and atmosphere. The place almost glows blue, like you are under the sea while eating. Wonderful wine list also.

I did a review on it last trip, and I think there have been several others as well. Sort of a "seafood" Shula's in the Dolphin. WE found it to be very good and we're going again in October. Only problem was the # of "conventioneers" at the Dlophin. Lots of them at the Zoo the nite we dined there, making for a VERY noisy evening.

I LOVE Blue Zoo and am going there in a week! :Pinkbounc We did sit near a large table whose occupants appeared to be enjoying their Manhattans (which are quite good, by the way) a BIT too much. Happily I block out noise fairly well and only noticed how loud (mostly laughing) they were when my sister pointed it out. They weren't rude or anything, just having a really, really good time!

Thanks!

We love seafood so I'm putting this one on the list. :)

We love it too - have not yet had to deal with the convention crowd. We've been 4 times in the last year - can't seem to find anything that I don't like :Pinkbounc Love their wine list so much I have not gotten around to trying any of their famous cocktails :sunny: Enjoy :wave2:

We loved the Blue Zoo and can't wait to eat there again in Dec. I don't like seafood, but I love the fillet. The flat bread we had was delicious. It is a very sleek atmosphere.

DH & I have eaten at BZ twice and really enjoyed it both times. It is high-end on the price scale, but given the quality, we felt it was worth every cent. The seafood is sooo fresh - you can taste a difference. Even the bread basket is yummy, delicious whole grain treats for South Beach followers. We are going during our trip next week and we are bringing DSs (18 & 11). If you are looking for a little different dining experience, while at WDW, give BZ a try.

Oh! I forgot to say that, apparantly, the oysters and littleneck clams on the raw bar are very good and you can get lots of different kinds. (Sis likes them, I do not so I forgot to mention them earlier).

I ate there in December and wasn't that impressed. The fish was just "okay" and the service was pretty bad. The best part was the tempura green beans that don't appear to be on the menu anymore. Too bab :(. We were planning to stop into the bar for a drink and appitizer. We like the atmosphere.
