Blue Umnrellas at Epcot?

We had a nice day at HS yesterday and visiting the blue umbrellas throughout the park helped with that. Does Epcot have their blue umbrellas? Where are they? We didn’t find any in December. Thanks!

The only one that I saw was by the Seas. In between the ride entrance and the restaurant entrance.

Confirming Seas and TT. Nothing in WS.

In December there was one across from Seas and one over by TT. The one at Seas was only there sporadically (seemed like when they had a free CM they'd send him over there but didn't have backup/staffing specifically for the post). None in WS, just the podium in Norway for Frozen return times.

I think they had one back near the mouse gear entrance/mission space but I'm not sure if it is still there. Can't think of any in World Showcase.
