Blue Tree and Uber/Lyft??

I was wondering if anyone has stayed at the blue tree Resort on Cypress Run Drive? Last year was our first year at Disney World and we went all out including moderate stay for eight nights and Deluxe Dining Plan and we also rented a car because we liked the independence. But with all that convenience we paid a hefty bill. This year I would like to go back for a second time without the Dining Plan because we spend so much time going from reservation to reservation each day that I think we missed out on park-time quite a bit and there was definitely a level of stress that accompanied that. So I decided to book a reservation for 12 nights at Blue Tree Resort and through Undercover tourist.com I booked a great deal at $41 a night plus tax. They don't charge a resort fee they don't charge for parking and they do have a shuttle but it doesn't run as frequent as we would like. Instead of renting a car we decided to exclusively do Uber or Lyft throughout our whole trip because even with renting a car we would have to pay parking at the parks and we're trying to save that money. I work for a large telecommunications company so I got some great deals on tickets which are over 12% off of the gate price. So between the tickets the resort reservation and an estimate of about $300 for Uber for those days give or take it's going to run us less than $3,000 for the 12 days not counting food. Blue Tree Resort offers a kitchen fully stocked in every apartment and I really like that because will be able to stock up on breakfast items sandwich items and save money that way versus buying food at the parks everyday. My question is if anyone has stayed at that blue Tree Resort before? I see some great reviews but I'd like to see if anybody on this forum has stayed there and what their take on it is. Also I would like to see if anyone here has done the Uber or Lyft exclusively on their Disney trip flying in. So beginning from getting picked up at the airport to being brought back to the airport and everything between and if you did how was the experience? I have never used Uber or Lyft before so this would all be new to us. Thank you in advance for your input I really appreciate it!

We stayed there last year. Nice, compact resort, several pools, gas grills, kids activities. We used the shuttle 2x to the park while we were there because we wanted an earlier start than DH and DS did and it was acceptable. Shuttle did pick up at several different resorts along the way, so that lengthened the time it took to get to the TTC, but it was nice to have the option. We had our own car (and APs so free parking), so I can't speak to the price of Uber/Lyft to the parks, but I would think saving the daily $22 on parking would go quite a way towards offsetting the cost of Uber/Lyft. We have stayed twice. We used morning shuttle to parks - once we used night shuttle and was very crowded. Then we used parks bus back to Disney Springs and uber from there. It was about $8.00 _ you can estimate to parks with ride guru site.
