Blue Skies, Sunshine, and Unseasonably HOT Pixie Dust! Update 3/6 Final Thoughts!

Bella and I rushed out of DHS…for her BBB appointment at 2:00! We got out of DHS a little later than I’d hoped, so we got to the busses as quickly as possible to get a bus to the MK. Luckily one was waiting, so we got right on! It was close to 2 when we got off the bus, so I was rushing down Main Street. One of the street performers looked at me and said, “Honey you are walking too fast…don’t you know it’s like a million degrees out here?” I had to laugh but I also had to keep moving!

We got to the BBB right on time and they took us straight back to a changing room so Bella could get into her dress.

Within a few minutes, we were on our way back for her to get all princessy! Her FGIT was awesome! Her name is Carmen and she was totally energetic and funny and fussed all over Bella. And she made sure to check everything with me, too. I had the best time watching Bella get all dolled up and fussed over…I even got teary eyed a few times! Get ready for picture OVERLOAD!!! I will let the pictures speak for themselves!

She made her a “unicorn princess!” Bella thought it was hilarious!

I am SO GLAD we did this. It was worth every penny. It is something we will remember forever!

After BBB, we headed over to ToonTown, as Bella really wanted to check out Minnie’s House.

And then we went to get in line to meet the Fairies! The wait was about 45 minutes, but it was in the air conditioning, so I really didn’t mind at all!

Bella in line for the fairies:

She made friends with the little girl in front of us, which made the time go faster! Pretty soon, it was our turn! The fairies today were Fawn, Tink, and Terrence. Here they are:

After we grew back to our normal sizes, we headed to the Barnstormer, which only had a 10 minute wait. Bella had never ridden a roller coaster before, so she was so excited to try it! Here she is in line practicing her roller coaster hands:

I thought she would love this ride, but as soon as we started going fast she freaked out a little bit. She ended up thinking it was too fast and it made her “tummy feel too funny.” That’s when I decided BTMRR was probably not a good idea this trip either. I was a little disappointed, but hopefully when she’s older she will enjoy thrill rides as much as I do!

I wanted to get some magic shots before we headed to 1900 PF for our 6:00 ADR, so we headed back down Main Street and found a PP photographer. Here are the ones we got:

Great updates! What a fun morning at DHS! Horray for being on time for BBB! I can tell Bella really enjoyed being pampered like a princess! What a cutie!!!

BBB is such a wonderful experience, isn't it? My girls did it in December and are probably too old to want to do it next trip so I'm happy we at least experienced it one time. Bella is gorgeous!! Bummer on Barnstormer but there is always next time.

What a GREAT BBB experience!!! Bella looked BEAUTIFUL I am glad that you got in to meet the faries! That is something we have not done before.

OMG we all felt that Barnstormer was very, very fast and scary. My DH and I agree that Big Thundner is a smoother ride! I think it is very tricky advertising that it is for kids

Great great update Kayce!! It looked like Bella had so much fun at BBB!!!! I can't wait to take Helen on our next trip!! It looks so "magical" especially having it done in the castle!!! TE looks like it would be yummy! Add it to my ever growing list of things to try and do on another trip. WS is one of my favorites in all of Disney, so I am hoping DD likes it enough to let us walk around.

I'm sure I will mornings like the one you had on your DHS. Any tips for surviving a bigger group?
