Gotta say that "Don't Fear the Reaper" is one of the single greatest rock songs of all time!

Now, I have no idea why I had to post something like that, but I'm listening to the song as I type this and I don't think I'll ever get tired of it!

it is a great song
The other day some older metallica came on, I don't remember what and I thought, dang they were so good in their prime. And I didn't really like Metallica in the 80's.

I love that song...I love the spoof about it on SNL.."We Need More Cowbell"
and I loved the use of it at the begnining of the Stand

Did you get your cooking done :rolleyes1

Nope, it is "You Shook Me All Night Long." AC/DC beats BOC. :teeth:

I love that song too. Have you ever seen the movie "The Stoned Age" with the gnarly eyeball at the BOC concert during that song?

i've got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell.

Nope. Still have to prep the salad but that takes no time. And I have to make the sausage & peppers but that's easy. Just have to make the garlic bread which is a cinch. And the escarole & beans are ready to go. Chicken stock is on the stove, garlic is super thin sliced and simmering away with the beans. Just have to add the escarole.

Lasagna is all done and so is the batch of meatballs.

So niener niener and NIENER.

Need more cowbell! Awesome! :lmao:

And yep, I loved when they used it in the Stand. Loved the song before that, loved it more after. Perfect use.

My #1 favorite book too. Just picked up another copy for my flight to Japan at the end of the month.
