Blue Goose Trip

No one says we have to gorge ourselves! :lmao:
Yeah, right.

Yeah right! If I am going to be working my butt off to try to lose weight before the trip, then once I am there, all bets are off and everyone better move out of the way between me and the food!!! :lmao:

Thanks for the additional info Catherine.

I personally don't think Beaches and Cream is worth a TS, although I had wanted to go there once upon a time. Cape May sounds good for breakfast, but there dinner menu is seafood if I am remembering correctly and I don't eat that.

See how hard things are when you are picky like me?? :rotfl:

I wish you'd change you're mind and join us!! I think it would be fun just to check it out as a group.

And as for the smoking, if you can handle Vegas, I am sure you can handle Jellyrolls. :rolleyes1 ;)

I've been to Jellyrolls and it ain't the Adventurers Club.

I would pay my 10 bucks and then want to leave to see what's going on out at PI. :sad2:

But if it's not a night when I am out at food and wine stuff I can do dinner.

Beth, you are right. I may be caving on the DP! (sorry Missy!) Once I realized that the cost would be roughly the same as what I planned to spend on food, my biggest reason for not doing it was that HOB is not on the DP and I really want to do the gospel brunch on Sunday. So, I get to thinking, in July we are planning to check out of AK on a Saturday evening and head south to visit family. Now I am thinking...if we get a hotel near DTD on Saturday night, we can do the gospel brunch and head south right after we eat!

So, you are getting to me...:sad2: :rotfl:

Ah, peer pressure. Ain't it grand? ;)

I love the Dining Plan! But I'm not sure if I can eat that much on this trip if we do the DP in September. Oh food glorious food. I'm supposed to be on a diet!

Don't worry Christine, I won't hold it against you. I starting to think about adding it myself....I go back & forth on it. I know it's a great deal, but I'm not that interested in most of the restaurants that have been mentioned. I might do one meal with the group, the rest by myself. Doesn't bother me. Or I might do the DP, and eat a few times with the group, a few times by myself.

Where are you interested in eating, Missy?

Hi Christine! I'm not really sure. I'm pretty sure I don't want to go to Boma. Maybe Prime Time or Sci-Fi in MGM. Most of the places I love are the counter service places, LOL. That's why I don't usually bother with the DP.

Hey Missy, start looking at some of the menus just to get an idea of what you'd be interested in. I'll do Prime Time for sure.

And you know what, I am really picky. I've listed several times everything I won't eat, BUT I am still going to some of these places just for the atmosphere and the company.

Like Coral Reef for instance. The menu isn't thrilling to me but I still really want to go just to say I've been and to check out the cool aquarium.

Me too (the company and atmoshpere)! I love TS dining at Disney. To me, it's part of the whole experience. There aren't too many CS places that I love, but TS is event in itself. I would do Prime Time for sure! It's one of my favorites!

Have you ever had Topher or Uncle Dave? they are awesome

If I go with the DP, I won't be as fussy. I'm willing to go with the majority then.

Well, then get the darn DP babe!! We want you with us!!

I don't think so . . . where are they?
If memory serves me correctly it's this little club right off the Strip in Vegas. It's totally wild, the men are HOT!! Last time I went there, Uncle Dave had on this red thong that barely cover.....

Oh, wait. No. No, I'm mistaken. :rolleyes1 I don't know Uncle Dave or Topher. :confused3

Okay, I am pretty sure I'm going dining plan route! even if I have to do the buy one day with an AP thing. It's just easier! The bartender is planning on eating at Prime Time, Spoodles, and either Norway or Morocco (I can't spell the names of either of those restaurants) on the three open nights if anyone would like to join me--I can swap around what days are at which restaurant.

I 'll be willing to join you at Spoodles Heather. Just let me know which date.
Maybe that could be the day we try to go to Jellyrolls.

I'd like to do Spoodles followed by Jellyrolls. That sounds fun!! :cool1: Would Saturday night be a good night to do that on?

Also what's the name of that dance place on Pleasure Island? 8Trax? I think that might be fun to check out as well.
