Blue envelope

How long after you pay in full does the magical blue envelope come? We paid in full 3 weeks ago and it seemed like in previous years it came sooner.

I am assuming your speaking of the trip info, which I have always received between 20-30 days before my trip no matter when the trip was paid in full.
