BLT purchase (who's buying and selling?)

So the question begs...how many points DID you buy at BLT? Also, how many people plan to sell some of their contracts to subsidize their purchase and what resort are you selling?

neither selling nor buying. I may try booking occasionally at 7 months, but if the points showing on the member site calculator is accurate...I won't be at BLT very often. I'm even happier with my 11 month OKW window now!!

buying, but not at BLT. I'm plannng on watching the re-sales real closely at The Timeshare Store - looking to scoop up a couple small add-on contracts. Hopefully at a nice price from someone trying to sell in order to buy BLT.

There has been alot of talk about point costs and point charts, but you are the 1st poster to bring up MF's. I have been wondering about them too. Has anyone seen anything on them?

Not buying or selling. We're new members with a home at AKV... but even if we weren't we wouldn't be buying... we like our corner of the world. And while I have always enjoyed staying "on the monorail" I have never really liked the Contemporary. Just not my style.

dues are $3.67. If you want to buy you don't have to wait until sunday - you can "prepurchase" now. No developer points are being offered. Only incentive is $5/pt credit with 100 pts + and name on founding tile for the first 1000 people to purchase 160 +

I'm sure I will try and book a night or two in the future at BLT (MK view) but I have plenty of years left in my mebership to do that

I couldn't wait for AVK but this one... does nothing for me. That's the nice thing about DVC, different choices for different folks!

We'll keep our lovely OKW and SSR with their quiet satellite pools and lovely grounds, thank you. (Not interested in BLT with no quiet pools and such a high price.)

If we do another add-on again, it would likely be for Hawaii or for the Grand Californian. We have enough DVC points based in WDW right now.
