BLT Pool Refurbishment...has it started?

Arriving late February and wondering if the Bay Lake Tower pool refurbishment scheduled for January 26 has started??? Thanks...

I was there January 27 thru 30, and the pool was closed. Didn't look like they had done much if anything. The pools were still filled with water.
