Please list how this works and the pros and cons of it. I know room requests are just requests but wondering if on line helps or hurts us to get our requests. Please elaborate on the process. Thank You

I did the on-line check in today and the only requests it let me enter was near skyway bridge and/or lower floor. I am guessing I will need to call in to request anything else.

I stayed there in March and had requested north side, even number room, sent through DVC member services about a month before. I did online check-in but those are not on the form, so I left requests blank. I got my request.
