I keep hearing people talk about the music from Wishes! (or whatever fireworks show comes to the MK in the future) being piped to the top of the tower. To this I say, "Big deal!"

What I wanna know is why the music and voiceovers aren't being piped into the ROOMS; especially the ones with a MK view! I'm talking about not only during Wishes! but during the entire time the park is OPEN.

With a hotel that's suppose to be contemporary and the "Hotel of the furture with a magical view", it sure seems to me that they missed the boat in not putting speakers in the rooms and on the balconies (with volume and on/off controls, of course).

Talk about missing an obvious over the top enhancement of the experience for a minimal cost!

Am I the only one that wishes this were so? I can't believe I would be.

Maybe they are planning on doing this?!?! I wish I'd said something about this 6 months ago. Maybe we would have had time to organize a campaign to get this done. I fear it's too late now. :(

Funny, I was saying the same thing to my husband today when we were talking about BLT... Well, at least about Wishes. I was thinking they should pipe the music in all of the MK area resorts. Or have some TV channel.

It may be in the works.

The Bellagio fountains in Vegas have a TV channel for the music.

There will be a special tv channel that you can tune in to get the music for the fireworks. My guide confirmed this when added on at BLT.

At the contemporary, they have the wishes music on the tv already. Adding it to BLT is no big deal.

Yes, they announced this on the DVC Member Cruise that they will in fact be piping in the audio through the villa television sets. Sounds exciting to me!!

Thanks folks! Didn't know this. I couldn't believe they would have or could have missed something so obvious to lil' ole me.

You've made my day. :goodvibes

They do the same thing with the TV's at DLR resorts (or at least at DLH.)
