I have a few questions please. The top villain lounge is for anyone staying at BLT or just club level people? Also, how many floors does it have? Which is the highest floor I can request? Thanks

BUT...I also asked about running options for treadmill/trails in the running forum on the DIS boards and was told that the health club left much to be desired....

One bad thing which I don’t understand why Disney did this………ice machine is only on three floors. And even though I ask every time, I also forget every time Which floors they are. More than once I’ve run into guests with ice buckets looking bewildered , not understanding why they can’t find the ice machine on that floor.

I don't know if you stay in a room other than a studio, but we learned on Day 1 that our fridge in the kitchen (we stayed in a one bedroom) had an ice maker in the freezer. YAH! I turned it on and NEVER had to go looking for ice. LIFE SAVER!!!! I made sure to turn it off before we left.

Oh, it has one and it's HORRIBLE. I used it once and never again. It was dark, dingy, no windows, low ceiling, hard to find and had very poor ventilation.

I believe in order to use the lounge you must be "perks" member eligible (blue card) and have a reservation to go up....

We stayed on the 12th floor. I think you can go as high as 14 or 15. Our view was spectacular.

we stayed in a one bedroom this trip. I thought it was turned on, but never saw ice. We really didn’t need it. As long as I can freeze water bottles, that’s all I need. When in a studio I would add a bag of ice to the fridge to make sure it stayed cool enough.

But we don’t have an icemaker at home, so maybe I didn’t have the one at BLT on correctly. The one bedroom at AKL has a couple of ice cube trays.

We've owned at BLT for something like 11 or 12 years. We bought for the walk to MK.

We fell in love with watching the fireworks from Top of the World. With the music piped in, I could sing with my kids every night even when they were too young to stay in the parks long enough for fireworks.

That being said, we are a diehard Wishes family.
